1. The Service

DealCopilot is a workspace that helps content creators manage brand collaborations — including organizing deals, parsing brand emails with AI, drafting replies, tracking deadlines and payments, and storing related files. The Service is provided for your professional use in managing your own creator business.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@dealcopilot.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or enter into the Service, including brand emails, deal details, files, and notes ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. AI Features

The Service uses third-party AI providers to parse emails and generate suggested replies. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before relying on or sending it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted deal terms, deadlines, or amounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use file storage as a general-purpose file host unrelated to your deals;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

6. Plans & Payment

The Service may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan fees, billing cycles, and any storage or usage limits are described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes will not affect the current billing period you have already paid for.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, authentication, AI processing, email delivery, and cloud storage). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. DealCopilot is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions, contracts, and dealings with brands.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealCopilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
