• Technical data — basic log and device information needed to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

• provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• process brand emails and generate suggested replies using AI;
• send transactional messages such as verification and password-reset codes;
• respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, the relevant text (such as a pasted brand email or deal context) is sent to a third-party AI provider to extract structured information or draft a reply. We send only what is needed to perform the task. We do not use Your Content to train our own models.

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, including cloud database and storage hosting, authentication, AI processing, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect it and use it only to provide their services to us.

Uploaded files are kept in private storage accessible only to you. While we use industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
